The following services are available:
- Pay My Court
online. Court Notice: Please be aware that entering a plea and paying your citation online will result in a conviction on your driving record and could potentially lead to a driver’s license
suspension for certain violations, excluding parking violations. For other available options, please visit the Municipal Court homepage.
Effective August 12, 2026, all credit card payments are subject to a 3.95% processing fee, with a minimum fee of $2.50 per transaction. An additional online payment fee of $1.50 will also apply.
The following are not payable online; you must contact the court:
· Deferred Disposition fees
· Citations issued to juveniles – 16 years of age or under
· Minor alcohol violations under age 21
· Minor Tobacco violations under age 21
· Assault – Family Violence violations

- New Residential Service
- Make Changes or Terminate Utility Service
- E-Bill form to sign up for Utility Bills via email
NOTE: IF YOUR SERVICE IS SET FOR DISCONNECT FOR NON-PAY, YOU MUST MAKE FULL PAYMENT (NO SPLIT PAYMENT) AND CALL THE OFFICE AFTER THE PAYMENT IS MADE TO MAKE SURE A REINSTATE ORDER IS ISSUED. ANYTHING PAID AFTER 9 AM IS NEXT BUSINESS DAY SERVICE.
PAYMENTS: Do NOT click the
'Post Payment' button more than once.
Doing this will result in multiple payments being charged to your account.

At this time, we can not accept CASH-APP, CHIME, VENMO, or any third-party creditors.
For your convenience, online e-check payments are also available and are subject to a $1.95 processing fee per transaction.
Please note that these processing fees are charged and collected by the credit card/payment processor and are not fees imposed by the City of Huntsville.
